When I try to use my AcroRip(White) for Flatbed Printer ver. 8.10 software I open an image from my computer I get an error message file open error what does that mean and how can I fix the problem please, I am hoping that I can find out how to fix this problem on your board here.
I got my DTG Printer from China and the program also It would only work with Windows 7 so I downgraded to Windows 7, and now I get this error message any help would be awesome. Thank you, Rob.
We have an Epson 4880 and use AcroRIP 8.0 software to print on t-shirts. The current setting is creating a red straight line on the t-shirt on the left hand sift of the image. Would you know what could be the reason for this?
