Doesn't work says something about keylock. I am not spending 1 more dime on software without verifying that it does what it says, accurip already got $400 and all it prints is black and white and tells me my 8550 is not a supported model.

When I try to use my AcroRip(White) for Flatbed Printer ver. 8.10 software I open an image from my computer I get an error message file open error what does that mean and how can I fix the problem please, I am hoping that I can find out how to fix this problem on your board here.

I got my DTG Printer from China and the program also It would only work with Windows 7 so I downgraded to Windows 7, and now I get this error message any help would be awesome. Thank you, Rob.
